We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date. Since setup requires careful planning, reserving your event at least a few weeks in advance is ideal.
Our services are primarily available in California. For specific locations, please contact us directly.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid by the day of the event. Failure to complete the payment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- Our team will arrive 1–2 hours before the scheduled proposal time to set up.
- To maintain the surprise, the client should arrive no more than 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
If unexpected weather conditions or any force majeure events occur, Lara Events will accommodate the event on a different day free of charge.
- Client Cancellation: The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels the event.
- No-Show: If the client does not arrive within 1 hour of the scheduled time, the deposit is forfeited.
- Service Failure: If Lara Events fails to provide the agreed-upon services due to reasons within its control, the client will receive a 100% refund of all payments made.
